Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Junior Geotechnical Engineer in Milton Keynes with a clear path to Senior level. You will support geotechnical and site investigation projects across rail, energy and highways, with site travel required.

The role includes funded training, leadership coaching, and a defined progression plan. In return you receive a competitive package with health insurance, pension and holidays, plus overtime opportunities and a Monday–Friday, 45-hour week.

Qualifications

• Background in geotechnical engineering
• 1 year post-study work experience in the industry
• Full driving license
• Commutable to Milton Keynes

Responsibilities

• Supporting geotechnical and site investigation projects across multiple sectors
• Varied work across rail, energy and highways sectors
• Fast progression route to Senior / Project Engineer level
• Funded training courses plus 1-to-1 access to a Leadership Coach
• Monday to Friday, 45 hours + overtime and alternate weekend availability
