Spectrum in London is recruiting for an Entry Level - Foreign Exchange Sales role on-site. You will perform day-to-day FX sales tasks, tailor solutions for client international trade needs, and provide competitive pricing and service.

Based at The City of London, typical hours are 8:00-17:00 with flexibility to meet targets. Full-time role with comprehensive training and clear progression into Corporate Account Executive positions.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are required.
• Influence and persuasion abilities to drive sales results.
• Self-motivated with a targets-driven mindset and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to key decision makers and shareholders.
• Identify new opportunities within UK & European FX markets.
• Lead sourcing and build a prospect database for the business.
• Coordinate with Dealing Desk and other teams to close sales.
• Achieve KPI targets and stay updated on financial markets.
• Develop expertise in FX risk management solutions.
• Build relationships with Directors across client companies.
• Identify profit angles with new and existing clients.
