Job summary

LA International is seeking an experienced software engineering lead to drive delivery of complex applications across multiple work packages. The role requires hands-on development with C#/NET, REST APIs, and frontend frameworks, plus technical leadership across Agile teams.

You will participate in design decisions, peer reviews and architecture discussions, ensuring high quality, secure, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in application development using C#/NET stack.
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js) and REST API design.
• Experience with microservices, security best practices and SOLID principles.

• Support Lead Engineers and Principal Engineers by providing technical leadership across assigned work packages and development teams.

Day to day task will include

• Lead the delivery of development work packages and complex software changes across the platform.
• Design, develop and maintain application services using approved engineering standards and best practices.
• Conduct peer reviews and technical assurance activities to maintain code quality, security and maintainability.
• Support solution design activities and contribute to technical decision-making within Agile delivery teams.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, refinement and prioritisation activities.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting application services and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, architects and engineering teams to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Maintain technical documentation, engineering standards and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Willing to be part of a 24/7 support team (on call) if required
