Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a junior front of house manager for a part-time role in Belfast. You will work closely with the management team to keep service smooth, step up during busy periods, and back your team so guests leave eager to return.

You’ll lead shifts, plan cover to ensure the right staffing, mentor staff, and help the restaurant manage labour and costs while maintaining high standards of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to plan shifts and ensure adequate cover during peak times.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to develop junior staff.
