Our client is looking for a Junior Fire Safety Engineer to join their independent Consultancy specialising in Fire Safety, Engineering, Forensic and, Fire and Rescue Services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, educational, residential, and healthcare.

Junior Fire Safety Engineer Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Fire, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or similar)
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer Literate

Junior Fire Safety Engineer Duties:

• Develop fire safety engineering assessment and strategy reports in accordance with legislations and standards
• Building safety case development under the Building Safety Act
• Mark-up of architectural drawings by applying relevant guidance for various buildings and infrastructure projects
• Carry out site familiarisation, compliance, and assessment visits
• Review, analyse and report on technical documentation and fire safety strategies
• Prepare technical fire safety engineering analysis such as CFD modelling, structural fire engineering, evacuation modelling etc.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
