Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking an Analyst I for Merchant Product Support. You will handle merchant and internal requests across instant messaging, email, and web forms, acknowledge, investigate, and resolve issues within your product scope, and work to SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in technical support in fintech/payments or similar.
• Experience supporting gateways, APIs, and payment flows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve merchant inquiries via tickets and channels.
• Escalate complex issues to Analyst II or senior teams as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base and update SOPs for product areas.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve payment experiences.
