Job summary

Bound is hiring a Business Development Associate in London to fuel the top of the funnel for its fintech FX hedging platform. You’ll generate and qualify leads, support the sales team, and help orchestrate events that convert prospects into opportunities.

This is an entry point with a clear career path in B2B fintech sales. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with marketing and sales, and gain exposure to the FX market and Bound’s cutting-edge hedging technology.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years in a client-facing or outreach-driven role.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach via phone, email and social channels.
• Curious and eager to learn about financial markets and treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to fill the top of the funnel.
• Book qualified prospects and clients for Bound events.
• Provide day-to-day sales support: prep calls, research, follow-up scheduling.
• Maintain and update prospect interactions in the CRM and contribute to campaign feedback.
