About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior Financial Controller to join our in-house Finance team in London. This is a hands-on role supporting the company’s financial operations and monthly reporting processes. You’ll work across multiple brands and business units, gaining exposure to manufacturing, call centre and e-commerce in a fast-paced, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Support consolidated group reporting across multiple entities
• Maintain accurate records of accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on reporting
• Identify areas to improve financial processes and accuracy

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Part-qualified or actively studying ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team

Preferred Experience

• Experience in DTC, FMCG, or a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to cost accounting, inventory, or multi-entity reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems or NetSuite is a plus
