Being responsible for audit and compliance management, under the direct leadership of the Regional CFO, you will support several market organizations (business entities) and their senior finance leadership team to deliver impactful results and contribute to the long-term Hilti strategy to improve the construction industry.
With a development path outlined for this role outside of the audit function, you'll bring broad finance experience, with a foundation in Audit, and be keen to develop within the organization.
What does the role involve?
As a Regional Audit & Compliance Manager, you will:
- Act as a trusted business partner in risk identification and process compliance improvements
- Develop and manage the audit roadmap for the region
- Execute independent process audits and provide valuable insights and recommendations to the leadership teams of market organizations (business entities)
- Be the voice of the region in close cooperation with the global corporate audit team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls framework
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of strategic finance projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting expectations, and maintaining high standards
What you need is:
- A finance-related bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or CPA (or equivalent ACA, CGMA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA)
- Understanding or experience in internal/external audit alongside experience in another finance functions/areas; controlling; finance analyst, FP&A, or accounting
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness and ability for continuous learning
- Geographical flexibility; motivation to pursue an international career
