Birlea is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team in the UK. You will process purchase orders and supplier invoices, verify statements, and handle credit card transactions to keep supplier accounts accurate and up to date.

You will also assist with sales invoice processing and collaborate with the Transport team to obtain proof of delivery where required. A proactive, team‑friendly approach will help drive smooth financial operations.

• Attention to accuracy in processing supplier invoices and PO matching.

Responsibilities

• Processing of purchase orders and purchase invoices, in coordination with internal departments.
• Verifying and reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Processing business credit card transactions.
• Processing of sales invoices and obtaining proof of delivery where relevant.
