Job description

Agility are delighted to be working with a fantastic manufacturer based in Preston looking for a Junior Finance Assistant. This role is suitable for someone who has recently obtained a degree in accountancy and finance or is extremely mathematical with a passion for finance.

What you will be doing:

1. Ledger reconciliation of client matters
2. Processing and approving outgoing payments
3. Bank reconciliations
4. Ledger reconciliation
5. Managing Credit Control
6. Posting bills and transferring costs
7. Banking and petty cash
8. Other ad hoc duties such as staff expenses and payroll assistance

What you will have:

1. An interest in finance
2. Strong team player
3. Strong Excel knowledge
4. High attention to detail
5. GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths
