The Role

We seek a technically motivated and customer-focused Junior Field Service Engineer responsible for:

• Servicing, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
• Supporting clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products at customer sites.

Your Background

To succeed, you should demonstrate:

• Experience in a customer-facing field service engineering role within high-value capital equipment environments.
• Applications from engineers with backgrounds in photocopiers, ATMs, ex-forces (medical, dental, weapons systems, radar), or other electronic/electromechanical sectors are encouraged.
• Engineering, electronics, or science qualification at ONC, City & Guilds, or NVQ level.
• Comprehensive product training will be provided for engineers from diverse sectors.
