The Role

As a Junior Field Service Engineer in Medical Diagnostics, you will be responsible for:

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
• Supporting clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products at customer sites.

Candidate Profile

To succeed, you should demonstrate:

• A background in customer-facing field service engineering within high-value capital equipment environments.
• Applications are encouraged from engineers with diverse backgrounds, including photocopiers, ATMs, ex-forces (medical & dental, weapons systems, radar), and other electronic or electro-mechanical sectors.
• Qualifications in engineering, electronics, or science (minimum ONC level, City & Guilds, or NVQ).
• Full product training will be provided.
