Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Junior Field Engineer for a fully structured training path with clear progression. Based in Leeds or Manchester, you will travel across the North to install hardware, configure software and deliver user training on technology systems.

You'll join a growing technology employer that offers a company van, fuel card, private healthcare and additional training with no callouts and optional overtime. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, telecoms, security, EPOS or similar.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel regionally across the North (Leeds-Manchester corridor).
• Structured onboarding with ongoing development and progression.

Leeds / Manchester - Regional Patch (Commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton)

Are you a Field Engineer from an Electrical, Telecoms, Security, EPOS or similar background, looking for structured training and clear progression with a growing technology business? Do you enjoy customer-facing work, hands-on installs, and getting out on the road with a Company Van and Fuel Card?

This is a secure, permanent role where you'll be properly trained from the ground up, shadowing experienced engineers and building long-term technical depth. You'll benefit from career progression opportunities and a great work life balance with no callouts or weekend work.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, expanding technology employer with a strong track record of internal progression. They invest in their people with a structured onboarding process and ongoing 1-2-1 development conversations, so you're not left to \"figure it out\" alone.

You'll travel to customer sites across the North to install hardware and configure software/network integration, then deliver face-to-face user training to ensure a smooth handover.

This role suits a progression and training-focused engineer who wants to become a recognised specialist long-term, rather than simply doing the same routine job with no development.
