Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD Burgess Hill is seeking a Junior Vehicle Technician with around 2 years of hands-on workshop experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mechanic ready to advance into advanced EV and specialist German vehicle diagnostics, working alongside master technicians who will support your development.

We are dedicated to cutting-edge EV technology, battery pack work, and provide structured manufacturer-level training pathways in a supportive, weekend-free environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair with ~2 years of workshop experience.
• Solid mechanical skills (brakes, suspension, servicing).
• Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and modern German car tech; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General servicing and routine maintenance.
• Component replacement and EV/German vehicle diagnostics.
• Assist high-voltage/EV electrical work.
