Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior or aspiring Estimator for Isleworth on a hybrid role with a leading construction specialist. You will produce accurate estimates for groundworks, basements, or civil engineering projects and manage tenders from enquiry through contract award.

You will benefit from hands-on training, mentorship, and clear progression into leadership, with sponsorship through chartership.

You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.

£50,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

The Role

• Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams.
• Daily training from senior Estimators to springboard your career
• Liaise with senior management team to manage project pipelines and time frames

The Person

• Estimating experience or relevant degree
• Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering or similar
• Commutable to Isleworth
