Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management, either practically or academically.

Aufgaben

• Support the Principal Surveyor with Asset/Estate Management.
• Maintain the Property Database and dataroom as leases change.
• Raise charges (rent & service charge) and liaise with finance to import data.
• Conduct viewings of vacant accommodation with potential tenants.
• Negotiate Heads of Terms for new lettings.
• Assist with tenancy documents and liaise with solicitors.
