INCO Broking Limited in London is seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will develop features for our platform, collaborating with developers, insurance brokers and executives to bring ideas to life.

You'll write scalable code in TypeScript, SQL and React, participate in code reviews, and help deploy new releases. A collaborative, start‑up style environment rewards curiosity and practical contribution.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in the development of our platform, working closely with the development team, insurance broking teams and executive team to bring new features to life. On a day to day you will:

• Collaborate closely with members of the team to develop and implement new features and ideas

• Develop, test and deploy software applications and systems that align with business objectives and enhance the insurance experience for our brokers.

• Implement efficient and scalable code using best practices, coding standards and modern technologies.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and adherence to coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

• Optimise software applications for performance, scalability and security.
