Job summary

Leigh Day in Manchester is seeking a junior Marketing Assistant to support the Group Claims email marketing campaigns and assist the wider marketing team in a market leading multi-channel client acquisition, conversion and retention strategy.

You will help plan, produce, and analyse email campaigns, build engaging content with clear calls to action, and contribute to reports and data management as part of a busy, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with email marketing/ CRM systems.
• Experience creating engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of customer journey, retention, acquisition, and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver data driven, client-friendly email campaigns on brand.
• Produce regular email campaigns for distribution to different client groups.
• Create engaging email content with clear calls to action.
• Produce regular reports on email campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns (segmentation, A/B tests, open and click rates).
• Assist in data management for group claims campaigns.
