The Role

1. As a Junior Front End Developer, you will be essential in developing and optimizing our website content pages. You will collaborate with designers, content teams, and UX specialists to create engaging pages and conduct A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
2. Work with the Digital Design, Digital Experience, and Content teams to implement new page designs, seasonal campaigns, and promotional content.
3. Code and deploy A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely, working closely with our CRO team to manage your testing backlog.
4. Maintain front-end consistency across the website, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Identify and fix front-end bugs and performance issues.
6. Stay updated on front-end best practices and industry trends, especially in e-commerce and fashion.

Skills Required

1. Experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or B2C sectors.
2. Knowledge of responsive design principles.
3. Understanding of web accessibility standards.
4. Basic SEO knowledge.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
7. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
8. Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
9. Flexible team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make an impact.
10. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
11. Experience with Agile methodologies.
