THE ROLE

  • As a Junior Front End Developer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our website content pages. You will collaborate with designers, content teams, and UX specialists to create engaging pages and conduct A/B tests to enhance conversions and improve the customer experience.
  • Develop responsive and visually compelling content pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work with the Digital Design, Digital Experience, and Content teams to implement new page designs, seasonal campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Code and launch A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely, working closely with our CRO team to build your testing backlog.
  • Maintain front-end consistency across the website and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Identify and resolve front-end bugs and performance issues.
  • Stay updated on front-end best practices and industry trends, especially in e-commerce and fashion.
