Job summary

Endava is seeking a commercially minded junior disputes lawyer to join our legal team in the UK. The role covers commercial contract, customer, service, payment, IP and trade mark disputes from pre-action through litigation, disclosure, mediation and settlement.

You will own defined workstreams, work with stakeholders and external counsel, and embrace responsible AI in legal practice. The position offers hybrid work with attendance at the London office about one day per week, and chances to

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales required.
Experience at specialist disputes/litigation firm preferred.
Commercial litigation experience essential.
Excellent drafting, research and organisational skills.
Practical experience using AI for legal work.
Willingness to attend London office ~1 day per week.

Responsibilities

Support commercial disputes, litigation, mediation and settlements.
Draft legal advice, correspondence, litigation hold notices and counsel instructions.
Prepare chronologies, evidence summaries and risk assessments.
Coordinate disclosure, discovery and document preservation.
Support witness preparation and litigation management.
Develop disputes playbooks and templates.
