Job summary

MRA Search is seeking a 4-7 PQE commercial/technology lawyer to join a global AI business in London. You will report to the Legal Director and be part of a global legal team, focusing on complex contracts and strategic advice.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, guiding IT contracts and data privacy matters, and partnering with sales, finance and product teams on customer-facing negotiations in a scaling tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts for tech or IT products.
• In-house experience within a technology business preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT contracts and privacy matters.
