Job summary

National Grid Strategic Infrastructure is seeking a Junior Digital Product Manager to help shape the digital products powering The Great Grid Upgrade. You will support strategy, evolution and delivery of secure, scalable digital products in a hybrid role based in Warwick, with UK travel.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, security and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into prioritised roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience contributing to digital product, platform, project or service delivery.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and associated enterprise platforms.
• Evidence of working across business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, priorities or roadmaps.
• Experience with agile delivery approaches (Scrum/SAFe) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap, aligning user needs with business outcomes and technical direction.
• Lead and support discovery, scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation across delivery teams.
• Develop business cases with problem statements, options, benefits, costs, risks and measurable outcomes.
• Support governance, funding decisions and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate delivery across Product Owners and cross-functional teams, addressing blockers and risks.
• Build collaborative relationships and communicate progress effectively across stakeholders.
• Research market trends and technologies to inform product and investment decisions.
• Champion secure‑by‑design, compliant and operable products.
