Job summary

HMX Media in London is seeking a Junior Digital Producer with early industry exposure to join our team. You’ll help lead CGI and live-action promo projects, manage timelines and client expectations, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide.

With mentorship and increasing responsibility, you’ll grow toward running projects, coordinating post-production, and shaping client pipelines alongside in-house developers.

We're looking for a Junior Digital Producer to join our London team - someone with early exposure to the industry who's ready to step up into project ownership. If you've done an internship or work experience in production, post-production, or a creative studio and you're hungry for more responsibility, this is your route into producing.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands-on from the start, working alongside a team of experts to:

• Help lead the creation of CGI and live-action promotional videos, CGI images, campaign visuals, and interactive real-time 3D applications.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience - managing timelines, expectations, and internal teams, working with clients and colleagues across the globe.
• Support and coordinate post-production, including CGI, editing, compositing, and motion graphics.
• Take growing ownership of projects, delivering to the highest standards at every step - with mentorship as you build toward running your own.
• Collaborate with in-house software developers to improve platform features and enhance client pipelines.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone organised, ambitious, and ready to step up. You'll bring:

• Some hands-on exposure to the industry - an internship, work placement, or work experience in production, post-production, or a creative environment - and a clear appetite to move into a producing role.
• A creative eye and genuine feel for what makes visual content work.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, and the confidence to take real responsibility from day one.
• A proactive, can-do mindset and genuine intellectual curiosity.
• A passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital content.
• A strong academic track record (2:1 or above) from a highly regarded university. Degrees with analytical, technical, or creative rigour are especially valued.

Bonus: hands-on exposure to CGI, animation, real-time 3D, or emerging tech.
