This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands‑on producer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can manage complex production programmes, and has a passion for creating engaging content at scale.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, creative stakeholders, agencies, and production partners to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring quality, efficiency, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production across multiple large-scale and complex projects.
• Define and drive creative and technical vision, ensuring content aligns with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute production strategies, processes, and workflows that improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage projects from concept through to launch, navigating ambiguity and solving complex production challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, creative, product, and operations teams to align on objectives and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content creation through emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.
• Oversee external agencies, production partners, and freelance resources, ensuring exceptional delivery standards.
• Support content development, storytelling, filming, editing, post-production, publishing, and operational processes.
• Evaluate production approaches, recommend innovative solutions, and continuously improve best practices.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Champion an inclusive, collaborative working environment where diverse perspectives can thrive.

What We're Looking For
