Job summary

i2i Recruitment Limited is seeking a creative Video Producer to own projects from concept to delivery for live events, exhibitions, digital campaigns and branded content.

You will film on site and travel across the UK and internationally, collaborating with experienced creative, technical and commercial teams to develop concepts, scripts and shoots, then deliver motion graphics and edited content that meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in video production, editing and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent filming skills with a solid understanding of lighting, audio and composition.
• Strong storytelling ability and eye for creative detail.
• Experience managing projects from brief to final delivery.
• Confidence working directly with clients and presenting creative ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for creative content.
• Flexibility to travel and support event-based projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging video content for events, marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
• Developing concepts, scripts and storyboards that bring client ideas to life.
• Filming interviews, testimonials, promotional content and live event footage.
• Editing high-quality video content, social clips and branded campaigns.
• Producing motion graphics, animations and creative visual assets.
• Preparing content for live event environments and large-format displays.
• Working closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Managing feedback and revisions to ensure exceptional final outputs.
• Identifying new opportunities to expand creative services and enhance delivery standards.
• Capturing photography and content for marketing, case studies and promotional use.
