Hybrid (London-based, 1-2 days/month in Central London), £25-28,000 annual salary (dependent on experience)

Who are you?

You’re a data-driven problem solver with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn. You might already have some hands-on experience, at a brand, agency, or even through your own side hustle.

What matters most is your curiosity, drive and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Essential skills:

• Experience running ads on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn or Reddit
• Confident analysing data and spotting trends to inform decisions
• Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Proactive mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude
• Clear communicator - both written and verbal
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a digital marketing role

Desirable skills (not required, but nice to have):

• Understanding of what makes effective ad creative and the ability to suggest improvements based on performance data
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel

What will you be doing?

You’ll support our team of consultants in delivering excellent work to clients. This includes:

• Reporting on digital marketing performance across paid media
• Supporting the setup, optimisation, and management of ad campaigns
• Contributing ideas and insights to improve performance
• Managing your time and tasks across multiple accounts
