Job summary

JD Group in Manchester is seeking a meticulous Junior Digital Artworker to produce day-to-day digital artwork assets for website, app, CRM, social channels and digital screens, ensuring accuracy, on-brand outputs and high technical standards.

You will follow established templates, export and resize assets, and collaborate with Digital Artworkers and Seniors to support large campaigns while learning digital production workflows.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of professional digital artwork experience or a relevant qualification/placement in a retail or studio environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and brand guidelines.
• Basic understanding of digital production processes, including asset export, resizing and optimisation.
• Experience following supplied templates and brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all outputs.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks within tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content for website, app, CRM, social channels and digital screens following supplied guidelines.
• Prepare, export, resize and optimise assets across touchpoints.
• Follow templates and workflows to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support Digital Artworkers and Seniors on campaigns.
• Perform basic quality checks before submission for review.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital specifications and brand guidelines.
