Job summary

JDSPORTS in Manchester is seeking a meticulous and motivated Junior Digital Artworker to support day-to-day digital artwork assets with accuracy, speed, and brand consistency. The successful candidate will be building their foundation in digital production, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn, ensuring every asset is accurate, on brand, and produced to a high technical standard.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of professional digital artwork experience, or a relevant qualification/placement within a retail or studio environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
• Basic understanding of digital production processes, including asset export, resizing, and optimisation across touchpoints.
• Experience working to supplied templates and brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all artwork outputs.
• Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and proactively.
• Organised and methodical, with a disciplined approach to file management and asset organisation.
• Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced studio environment.
• Passionate about digital and delivering high-quality brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content for website, app, CRM, social channels, and digital screens, following supplied guidelines.
• Prepare, export, resize and optimise assets across all digital touchpoints.
• Follow established templates and workflows to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support Digital Artworkers and Seniors on large or multi-channel campaigns.
• Perform basic quality checks before submitting work for review.
• Keep up-to-date with digital specifications and brand guidelines.
