Job summary

Spring Capital Partners Limited seeks a junior developer to build and improve its TypeScript and Node.js platform used across the team. You’ll contribute features, work with business data and learn from an experienced senior software engineer who reviews your code before it goes live.

This could be your first developer role, or your next step after a year or two. We welcome graduates, bootcamp and conversion-course leavers, self-taught coders, and anyone early in a software career.

Qualifications

• Able to demonstrate a project or code sample you can discuss.
• Shows curiosity, asks questions and learns quickly.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools and reviewing output.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve screens, APIs and database features with review from an experienced engineer.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and validate changes.
• Work with fund data, sales figures and client records to keep data accurate.
• Create reports and dashboards to answer business questions.
