Job summary

DestinationCore is seeking a junior front-end developer to join our small, collaborative team. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers real, live-project experience on client websites, not just training exercises, with mentoring from an experienced team.

We're offering a 6-month fixed-term contract for a junior developer looking to break into the industry. This is a genuine opportunity to get real, live-project experience on your CV - working alongside a specialist team on actual client websites, not just training exercises.

The details

• Contract: 6 months, fixed-term
• Location: Hybrid - Tuesday & Wednesday in our Ipswich office, remote the rest of the week. Candidates in or around Ipswich, Suffolk or East of England preferred.
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (4-day week also an option)
• Team rhythm: Daily 9am stand-up; monthly all-team day in Ipswich
• Salary: £11,943 (pro rata for 6 months, equivalent to £23,888/year FTE) - National Living Wage rate
