Job summary

Impression Digital Limited is seeking a Junior Designer to join our in-house Creative team. You will create high-performing digital assets across channels for a range of clients, leveraging your Adobe Creative Cloud skills to produce engaging visuals.

Working closely with our Paid Media team and Creative Lead, you’ll push the creative envelope; there may be opportunities to lead on client accounts and capture UGC-style content.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design qualification or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro; some Figma.
• Strong portfolio across digital platforms.
• Experience filming & editing user-generated content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling performance creative for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and Display ads.
• Ensure brand consistency while following client guidelines.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Support A/B testing and optimise design elements.
• Assist Creative Lead with client relationships, photo retouching, and other tasks.
