Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a Junior Designer to support the Creative team with producing and rolling out assets across CRM, social, onsite, and print. You will learn how designs translate from concept to final artwork while contributing to Cult Beauty and THG Beauty campaigns.

You'll work closely with our Creative Services Manager, Designers and the Art Director, developing skills in typography, layout, and brand consistency in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• A portfolio demonstrating strong design, typography and layout.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and craft.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of digital design formats.
• Willingness to learn and respond to feedback.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.
• Genuine enthusiasm for design and the creative industry.
• Experience from a first creative role, internship, placement, freelance work or relevant study.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative team with day-to-day production and asset rollout across channels.
• Translate design concepts into assets for CRM, social, onsite, paid media, campaigns and print.
• Collaborate with Designers, Photographers and Art Director to ensure consistency.
• Maintain brand standards across Cult Beauty and THG Beauty materials.
