Beauty Pie in London is seeking a passionate Junior Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll help bring marketing and branding campaigns to life across digital and print, using AI to optimise output.

You’ll collaborate with the design and channel teams, develop designs for digital and print platforms, and ensure brand identity stays consistent. 1–2 years of design experience required, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in design roles; beauty experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience of typography, layout, accessibility and colour theory.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and collaborate with teams.
• Motivated by a fast-paced environment and great at multitasking.
• Passion for learning and growing within the field of design.

Responsabilités

• Reporting to the Head of Design, you will assist in creating both visually appealing and functional designs for marketing and branding campaigns.
• Develop and support team with designs for digital and print platforms.
• Support senior designers in executing design projects.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design materials.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Collaborate with channel teams to meet project goals.
• Prepare files for production and ensure quality standards are met.
• Contribute to multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Discuss creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Incorporate and champion AI practises to optimise both output and processes.
