Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a curious Junior Designer to join our Creative Services team. You’ll support day-to-day artworking and production across digital and print, ensuring assets are accurate and on-brand for CRM, onsite, paid media and social channels.

You’ll work closely with Designers and the Art Director, developing your typography, layout and brand skills while learning how Cult Beauty’s creative direction translates across campaigns, print and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design eye and layout
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Familiarity with Figma or eagerness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Understanding of digital design principles and formats
• Willingness to learn and respond to feedback
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for design and culture
• Experience could come from placement, internship or freelance work

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day artworking and production across digital and print
• Adapt existing creative into different formats and channels
• Support campaign rollouts across CRM, onsite, paid media and social
• Work from established designs and brand guidelines to ensure consistency
• Assist with asset creation, image preparation and file setup
• Prepare and optimise imagery for different platforms
• Contribute ideas and learning to future work
• Keep files and assets organised for the team
• Learn brand systems and typography in context
• Follow feedback and apply learnings to future projects
• Keep up with design, beauty and cultural trends
