Job description

We believe self-care should be effortless. And we’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white.

We’re building a next-gen in-house design and creative studio – and we’re looking for a Junior Designer who’s ready to do more than just “get the job done.” Someone who wants to learn fast, level up their craft, and be part of a team that’s designing a brand that looks, feels, and works differently.

This is a hybrid role: part artworker, part designer, all-in on doing great work. You’ll bring precision and care to everything you touch, but you’ll also get stuck into big ideas, campaign rollouts, and smart systems that scale across 15 markets. You’ll have the chance to build, not just follow – and grow in a space that’s creative, collaborative, and moving fast.

What you’ll be doing:
– Turning ideas into reality: You’ll take creative concepts and evolve them into beautifully crafted, production-ready assets. Clean. Clear. Impactful.
– Owning campaign rollouts: You’ll work across digital, CRM, paid media, web, print, and more. Adapting, resizing, and reformatting with care and consistency.
– Helping shape systems that scale: From Figma libraries to templates to toolkits, you’ll help create the structure behind the creative.
– Learning by doing: You’ll work alongside talented designers, motion artists, and creatives, picking up skills, asking questions, and bringing your own ideas to the table.
– Elevating the details: File prep, naming conventions, alignment, export settings… you know the small stuff is the big stuff.
– Thinking beyond the brief: See a better way to build something? Have an idea that could save time or make the work stronger? We want to hear it.

What we’re looking for:
– 1–3 years of experience in an artworker, production or junior design role – ideally in a fast-moving studio, in-house or agency.
– A strong grasp of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
– Sharp eye for design and detail; layout, spacing, grids, typography, colour -you’ve got solid foundations and high standards.
– Bonus if you’ve worked across print, digital, CRM, paid media or dabble in motion.
– Comfortable working across lots of formats and deadlines, with calm, clear communication.
– A curiosity to learn, grow, and do things better; not just follow the process, but help improve it.
– Portfolio: whether you’ve designed for fast-moving brands or personal passion projects, we want to see the work that shows your creativity and craft in action, your eye for detail, technical skill, and love of layout. No need for glossy decks – send us the rollouts, resizes, digital assets, and print-ready work that prove you know how to get things out the door, beautifully.

Why us?
– A brand with big plans, and the creative freedom to make your mark.
– Join a passionate, kind, and ambitious team who really give a damn.
– Hybrid working model with a buzzing London HQ. And multiple hubs across European cities.
– Great perks – from wellness allowance and regular salon treatments, to personal development budgets and team get togethers.
