Job summary
Rentokil Initial Ambius is seeking a Junior Design Consultant to join our Croydon team, covering London and surrounding areas. You will manage your own schedule and creatively transform customer spaces, from hotel lobbies to retail displays.
The role is full-time, with a base salary plus London weighting and travel allowances, plus bonus potential. A UK driving licence is required, and a DBS check may be needed depending on the role.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be working face-to-face with customers.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

- Nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.

- Competitive Salary Package: Start with a basic salary of £27,053 per annum, plus £1,000 London weighting, and £3,264 travel allowance(Zone 1-6).
- Expected OTE: £36,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
- Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, commission, mobile phone, Tablet, uniform and discount scheme
- Relocation Package: Moving from more than 2 hours away to a location nearby? We may offer up to £5,000 to help you settle in.
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (37.5 hr week)

In this role, you will be selling the services which are responsible for lovely-smelling hotel lobbies, Christmas decorations in shopping centres, hanging baskets and floral displays that you see in pubs and office receptions.

- Working towards and achieving set KPIs and targets
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent problem solver
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
- An outgoing, naturally creative and perhaps slightly eccentric individual
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
