Job summary

Rentokil Initial in the UK is seeking a Junior Design Consultant to join the Croydon branch, covering London and the surrounding areas. You will manage your own schedule and use your creativity to transform customer spaces, driving sales in a field-based role.

The package includes a basic salary and London weighting, travel allowance, company vehicle and benefits. You will generate leads, nurture relationships, meet KPIs, and support customers with excellent service while working a 37.5-hour

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong customer service skills.
• Face-to-face sales experience in retail or field roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell services that enhance hotel lobbies, shopping centres and office receptions.
• Generate leads in the field, with colleagues to support initiatives.
• Nurture relationships with new and existing customers and meet KPIs.

In this role, you will be selling the services which are responsible for lovely-smelling hotel lobbies, Christmas decorations in shopping centres, hanging baskets and floral displays that you see in pubs and office receptions.

Working towards and achieving set KPIs and targets

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent problem solver
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• An outgoing, naturally creative and perhaps slightly eccentric individual
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
