• Support the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Assist in monitoring key logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Vehicle Utilisation, Delivery Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfilment Performance.
• Help identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support data cleansing and data quality activities.
• Ensure data is handled securely and in line with GDPR requirements.
