Job summary

Terberg DTS (UK) is seeking a Junior Data Analyst in Elland to help turn data into actionable insights. You will build reports, models, and dashboards to drive informed decisions across departments.

You will transform raw data, validate accuracy, and collaborate with managers to shape reporting requirements and data-led improvements. This role offers growth in a supportive analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Creating reporting packages and data models using Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Developing dashboards and visual reports to improve visibility of business performance and operational processes.
• Maintaining, enhancing, and streamlining existing reporting packages and data models.
• Working closely with department managers and supervisors to understand reporting requirements.
• Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
• Presenting findings and analytical insights in a clear and engaging way.
• Validating, cleansing, and maintaining data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Assisting with the development of data-led solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
• Building strong working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
