Job summary

Terberg DTS in Elland is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to turn data into insights that support business performance. You’ll play a key role in creating reporting packages, data models, and dashboards that help drive smarter decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders from multiple departments. The ideal candidate is curious, highly analytical, and proficient with Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation tools.

Qualifications

• A-Level Mathematics (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• GCSE English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create reporting packages and data models using Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports to improve visibility of performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting packages and data models.
• Collaborate with managers to understand reporting requirements.
• Present findings and insights in a clear, engaging way.
• Validate, cleanse, and maintain data for reporting accuracy.
• Support data-led process improvements.
