Junior Data Analyst

Reports to: AI & SaaS Implementation Manager

As a Data Analyst in our organization, you'll play a crucial, technical, and hands-on role in shaping innovative technology to support the industry in adapting to new content consumption methods. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting two main projects: an AI solution that identifies and tags content issues, and a tool that determines and assigns international age ratings. Responsibilities:

1. Data Preparation and Cleaning:
2. Work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
3. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment to prepare high-quality datasets for analysis.
4. Data Analysis:
5. Analyze classification data to identify trends in content ratings across platforms.
6. Conduct statistical analysis on accuracy across datasets.
7. Database Maintenance:
8. Help maintain classification databases and ensure data quality.
9. Generative AI Prompt Engineering:
10. Optimize prompts for Generative AI usage.
11. Optimize prompt chains for efficiency, token usage, and cost management.
12. Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into effective prompting strategies.
13. Quality Assurance & Reliability Engineering for AI Systems:
14. Develop and maintain testing frameworks to evaluate prompt performance, reliability, and safety.
15. Create reusable prompt libraries and documentation for consistent AI interactions.
16. Build monitoring systems to track prompt performance and model behavior in production.
17. Develop guardrails and safety measures for responsible AI usage.
18. Data Pipelines:
19. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for AI projects.
20. Implement robust prompting pipelines for consistent high-quality outputs across language models.
21. Collaboration:
22. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel and good understanding of databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning AI concepts and prompt engineering

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of Python or other coding languages for data analysis
• Basic SQL skills for querying large databases
• Understanding of AI systems, especially Generative AI
• Experience with MLOps and AI deployment in production
• Experience with AI-powered product development
• Experience with multimodal AI models (text, image, audio)
