Job Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: London, UK

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a growing company in the London market that’s looking to bring on a Junior Data Analyst with around 3 years of experience and strong SQL skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their data career who’s looking to build on their experience within the insurance sector.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with teams across finance, actuarial, and operations to support reporting, data analysis, and quality assurance. The role involves extracting and manipulating data, building dashboards, and helping drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Requirements:

• Around 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry is essential
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
• Confident communicator, able to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
