Vix Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing global security team. Based in Manchester with three days in the office, you will work across vulnerability management, governance, incident response, and security reporting to help protect critical transport systems.

You’ll translate technical information into practical guidance for diverse audiences, support security audits and customer engagements, and learn from experienced professionals in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cyber security experience or a recent degree/apprenticeship with hands-on exposure.
• Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse vulnerabilities and help prioritise remediation with engineering teams.
• Produce customer-facing security reports and support audits and security bids.
• Collaborate across engineering, cloud and IT to embed security best practices.
