Job summary

Gamma in the UK is seeking a Junior Customer Project Manager on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will scope, plan, and deliver multiple client projects across the Data and UCaaS portfolios while coordinating internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires strong project delivery experience, ability to manage risk, and excellent stakeholder meetings with senior representatives from high-profile clients. Hybrid work with 3 days onsite at London, Manchester or Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Background in telecoms or data industry
• Experience enabling project delivery or implementation
• Experience developing and managing project documents
• Confident in hosting customer meetings with senior representatives
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to manage virtual project teams and resources
• Supplier management experience is desirable
• Prince 2 certified

Responsibilities

• Scope, planning, resourcing, and initiating the project
• End-to-end delivery within deadlines, budget, and quality standards
• Create and maintain all project documentation
• Develop and agree Customer Communication Plans
• Handover the delivered solution to Gamma Operations
• Manage customer project billing and revenue recognition
