Job summary

Open Partners in Manchester is hiring a CRO Junior Partner to join our optimisation team. You will design, run, and QA live experiments across client sites, turning results into strategic recommendations that drive client growth.

You’ll manage experimentation roadmaps, deliver data-led insights, and advise clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role blends hands-on testing with strategic oversight in a Hybrid/Remote First setup.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and QAing valid, trustworthy A/B tests from start to finish.
• Ability to translate test data into actionable recommendations that influence decisions.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multi-client programmes and keep workstreams on track.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to explain complex testing concepts clearly.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to adopt new tools and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Test Execution: Design, build, QA, and launch live experiments across client websites, ensuring total validity and technical accuracy.
• Roadmap Management: Keep experimentation programmes moving at pace and on scope, preventing blockers and maintaining momentum.
• Data-Led Recommendations: Translate raw test data into clear, actionable insights that drive client actions.
• Client Advisory: Present test strategies, hypotheses, and progress reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Optimisation: Help build a repeatable operating system for planning, documenting, QA, and reporting.
• Co-Intelligent Working: Combine human intelligence with AI workflows to speed and improve analysis.
