• Support reactive and crisis communications with timely responses.
• Draft holding statements, media responses and internal updates.
• Monitor issues and media inquiries, escalating where needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency for accurate storytelling.
• Develop positive stories from nurseries and central teams for PR opportunities.
