UK Sales Association is seeking a Credit Control Assistant to support payment allocation, debt reporting, and client account onboarding in a corporate finance environment. You will manage the finance inbox, respond to internal and external queries, perform reconciliations, and help maintain accurate customer records.

Formación

• Early-career finance professional with hands-on experience across payment allocation, credit control reporting, finance inbox management, client account setup and reconciliations.
• 1-3 years Early-career experience across finance support, customer service and operational environments.
• Practical exposure to debt reporting, payment allocation, account queries and financial administration.
• Hands-on use of enterprise finance and banking systems alongside spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming bank payments and allocate receipts accurately against customer accounts.
• Produce debt and allocation reports to support account management and query resolution.
• Manage finance-related inbox queries and complete administrative tasks to deadline.
• Create client accounts and support onboarding, including basic checks and data entry.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheet analyses and use finance platforms for routine tasks.
