Kandidly Ltd is seeking a proactive coordinator to decide which ads get made, acting between media buyers and designers. The role emphasizes briefs, deadlines, and clear direction, with remote work now and a London office two days a week from 2027. You would guide editors/designer output and help on client pitches.
Strong organisational skills and comfort with ad performance data are essential. UK work rights and commuting proximity to London are required.
You scroll past hundreds of social posts and ads a day and you can tell within 3 seconds which ones were made by someone who understands the platform and which ones were signed off in a boardroom.
This job is about being the person who decides which ones get made.
We are a paid media agency. We run the ads for ecommerce and DTC brands, and we make the creative that goes in them. You would sit between those two sides – Media Buyers and Designers.
Our editors and designers are in India, working UK hours. They are great at what they do and they have been with us for years. They do not need a boss, they need someone who tells them clearly what to make and why.
Briefs, deadlines, chasing, keeping the queue moving so nobody is sitting idle and nothing goes live late. The other quarter is the thinking, and the thinking is what makes the rest worth doing. If you want a job that is purely ideas, this is not it.
We do not shoot and we do not produce. No cameras, no sets, no editing. You decide what gets made and you direct it. Somebody else builds it.
Someone who genuinely lives on social. Not someone who manages a brand account between other tasks, but someone who is on it constantly, has opinions about why things work, and probably posts themselves.
If you already have opinions about why one ad works and another does not, there are very few places that will let you test them with real money behind them and show you the answer within days.
Data usually sits with the media buyers, leaving the creative people guessing. Here you would see exactly what your decisions did. You get to be wrong quickly and right more often, which is how people get good at this.
We are sixteen people, so there is nowhere to hide and no layers between you and the work. As the creative side of the business grows, the thinking part of this role grows with it.
